These terms apply to all Planning Application Review reports and services provided through this website.

By purchasing or requesting a Planning Application Review report, you agree to the terms set out below.

Service provided

Planning Application Review provides independent planning intelligence reports based on planning documents supplied by the customer and publicly available information.

Reports are intended to give clear, independent insight into planning proposals and likely considerations based on typical UK planning authority practice.

This service provides independent analysis only. It does not constitute formal planning advice, legal advice or planning representation.

Purchase and delivery

Reports are provided on a fixed-fee basis for each planning application reviewed.

Once a request has been submitted and documents uploaded, the report will normally be delivered by email within a short period. Delivery times may vary depending on document quality, availability and system processing.

Reports are delivered electronically to the email address provided at the time of request.

Customer responsibility

You are responsible for uploading the correct planning documents for the application you want reviewed.

Reports are prepared only from the documents provided and the information available at the time of preparation.

Planning Application Review cannot be responsible for omissions or inaccuracies arising from incomplete, missing or incorrect documentation supplied by the customer.

Refunds

Because this is a digital service, refunds are generally not available once a report has been generated and delivered.

If a technical issue prevents delivery, reasonable efforts will be made to resolve the issue or provide an appropriate remedy.

Use of reports

Reports are provided for the personal informational use of the purchaser only.

They must not be resold, distributed commercially or presented as formal planning, legal or other professional advice.

Service availability

Every effort is made to keep the website and report delivery systems available, but uninterrupted access cannot be guaranteed.

The service may be updated, modified or withdrawn at any time without notice.

Independent service

Planning Application Review is an independent planning intelligence service and is not affiliated with any local authority, planning department or government body.
